How can I access home care services for myself or a loved one?
You can access home care services through the publicly-funded health care system by contacting your local government home care program (see list below). Additional care and services are also available through private payment, personal or group insurance plans, and charitable programs. To discuss your needs and options, please contact the regional director at your local Service Delivery Centre.
